How to measure
Measurements describe the garment, laid flat.

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level under the arms and across the shoulder blades.

Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, over the chest, down to the desired hem length.

Shoulder
Measure from one shoulder point to the other, across the back, following the natural line of the shoulder seam.

Sleeve
Measure from the shoulder seam down the outside of the arm to the sleeve hem.
Between two sizes? Size down for a closer drape, up for the heirloom slouch. Either is correct.

We drew this from inside a baradari, a garden pavilion. Built for one purpose: to sit still and watch weather arrive. Front, the pavilion across the terrace. Back, the view out from within it.
Inspired by Raga Megh Malhar, one of India's monsoon ragas. Sung as an offering, to call the rain.
