Refund policy

Returns and refunds are covered in full under the RUENCE Shipping and Returns policy. Here is the short version:

• Return window. Eligible items may be returned within 10 days from delivery.
• Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of RUENCE confirming the return.
• Not eligible. Made-to-order and sale-tagged pieces cannot be returned.
• Your consumer rights. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 are unaffected if an item is faulty or not as described.
